Petr is a Director in the Consulting practice of Deloitte Czech Republic, specialized in advisory for the financial services sector. With 14 years of management experience in banking and 10 years in consulting he specializes primarily in areas of distribution performance and process optimization – predominantly with regard to loan and sales processes, strategy development and areas of customer experience and analytics. Petr leads the PSD2 regulatory initiative of Deloitte Central Europe.
