Ondřej holds the position of Associate in the Business Integrity & Technology department at Deloitte Legal in Prague. With over five years of experience, he provides clients with comprehensive legal advice in the areas of personal data protection (GDPR), cybersecurity regulation (including NIS2), intellectual property law, ICT issues, and software and hardware contracts. His expertise includes conducting thorough GAP analyses of client processes in relation to current regulations, creating robust GDPR documentation and contractual instruments, leading negotiations of software contracts and licensing terms, conducting complex risk analyses of corporate processes with emphasis on technological and cyber risks, and designing effective mitigation strategies. Ondřej also assists in representing clients in trademark disputes before EUIPO and national offices, provides legal support in criminal proceedings, and helps clients in regulatory proceedings before the Office for Personal Data Protection and the Office for the Protection of Competition.
