Nicole Ragužová

Nicole is a Managing Associate in the Deloitte Legal team in Prague with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and distressed asset transactions, gained at leading international law firms in Prague and Hamburg as well as in M&A advisory. Her education at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and at the University of Hamburg, complemented by an internationally focused doctoral programme, has shaped her strong orientation toward cross‑border transactions, international corporate structures, and private international law. ​

Her practice further encompasses competition law, including merger control, unfair competition, and related commercial litigation. At Deloitte Legal, Nicole also serves as Head of the German Desk.
