Nicole is a Senior Associate in the Deloitte Legal team in Prague with extensive experience inmergers and acquisitions and distressed asset transactions, gained at leading international lawfirms in Prague and Hamburg as well as in M&A advisory. Her education at the Faculty of Lawof Charles University in Prague and at the University of Hamburg, complemented by aninternationally focused doctoral programme, has shaped her strong orientation towardcross‑border transactions, international corporate structures, and private international law.
Her practice further encompasses competition law, including merger control, unfaircompetition, and related commercial litigation. At Deloitte Legal, Nicole also serves as Head ofthe German Desk.
