He specializes in the design and implementation of business technology solutions using conversational AI, generative AI, and process intelligence to help organizations increase efficiency and scale digital transformation. He has more than 20 years of experience leading international projects across industries including banking, retail, pharmaceuticals and telecommunications.
Michal works closely with clients to transform their processes and IT environment, with an emphasis on end-to-end digitization and data-driven decision-making. An important part of his expertise is also the area of location intelligence, where he uses advanced geospatial analyses for network optimization, site selection and strategic planning.
