Martina Jeklová is an Attorney-at-Law and a Manager in the Commercial team in the Prague office of Deloitte Legal. She focuses on corporate law, commercial contractual relations and legal advisory for private clients and family businesses.
Within the framework of corporate law, Martina provides comprehensive legal support to both Czech and international clients in connection with the establishment and governance of companies, corporate reorganizations and restructurings. She also focuses on the design of holding structures, shareholder relations and matters relating to management liability and remuneration. Martina also has extensive experience in the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial contractual documentation.
Martina advises private clients and family businesses on asset protection, wealth management and succession. She specializes in the establishment of family foundations and trusts, succession planning, and related inheritance and family law matters. Martina is a member of STEP, the international professional association of trust and estate practitioners, as well as of the specialist section of the Czech Bar Association dedicated to wealth management.
