Marcela Danková

Marcela works as a Junior Associate in the Business Integrity team at the Prague office of Deloitte Legal. She focuses on corporate compliance and criminal liability advice for both Czech and foreign clients. She has experience in setting up and optimizing compliance processes, particularly in the area of personal data protection. For example, she has participated in the preparation and revision of internal documentation, compliance audits, and legal analyses of contracts from a compliance risk perspective.​

She gained practical experience in criminal law during a professional internship at the Criminal Division of the Municipal Public Prosecutor’s Office in Brno, which provided her with valuable insight into the course of criminal proceedings and the functioning of law enforcement authorities.
