Matúš Falis

Matúš Falis is a Senior Manager in the Tax business of Deloitte in Slovakia. He primarily specialises in corporate income tax advisory, including due diligence, tax planning and preparation of tax returns. He has extensive experience with international taxation, business combinations, and mergers and acquisitions. 

At Deloitte, he has gained experience in providing tax advisory services, primarily to companies operating in the financial, energy and pharmaceutical sectors.
