Martin Martinec leads the Deloitte Digital consulting team in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In his role, he primarily focuses on building the digital pipeline in CZ&SK, while also collaborating with his consulting colleagues to develop new Central Europe business opportunities. Martin has 20 years of experience specialising in strategy, implementation, and maintenance projects within the CRM domain. Since 2010, he has held key leadership roles at IBM, managing CRM, Oracle, and Enterprise Applications practices. Most recently, he led IBM’s second largest Client Innovation Center in Europe, based in Slovakia, overseeing a team of 750+ specialists. He has a broad network of connections across clients, partners, universities, and professional organisations.
