Lujza Perstická

Lujza is a Junior Lawyer in the tax litigation department at Deloitte Legal in Prague. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University, where she focused on financial and commercial law. In her previous practice, she worked in one of the leading Czech law firms dealing with criminal law.​

She specialises in tax administration and related tax litigation, including assisting in tax audits and proceedings before administrative courts, particularly in the areas of Czech Crown Bonds, research and development support, and investment incentives. She also focuses on the reduction of penalties and sanctions imposed by the tax administration.
