Lukáš is a Partner in the Supply Chain & Network Operations department in the Consulting function of Deloitte Czech Republic. He leads a team focusing on delivering comprehensive supply chain services, from digital supply chain strategy through operational excellence to technology enablement.
Lukáš specializes mainly in services for manufacturing, automotive and pharmaceutical companies. In serving clients, he benefits from experience gained in numerous international projects where he focused on the optimization of manufacturing, maintenance, logistics and procurement processes. During his engagements, he draws from his strong strategic and leadership skills and ability to connect with the client to ensure their success.
At present, Lukáš primarily addresses large transformational topics related to AI adoption and smart manufacturing.
