Kateřina Poddaná is a Manager in the Business Integrity department of DeloitteLegal in Prague. Within the Business Integrity team, she primarily specializes inprojects involving corporate governance and compliance. She has long focused onproviding specialized services to companies operating in the healthcare andpharmaceutical sectors, including matters related to the specific regulation of healthdata.
As part of legal project management, she focuses on multi-jurisdictional clients andtheir multidisciplinary projects with tax and legal overlaps, as well as on leveragingsynergies in the provision of legal and tax services. She works closely with lawyersacross all practice groups within the Deloitte Legal network to identify and addressemerging legal topics.
Kateřina has extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in legal relationshipsrelated to the operation of companies, the design of appropriate internal corporatestructures, and the preparation and review of internal corporate documentation.She also has broad experience in conducting due diligence in both the automotiveand real estate sectors and has been involved in numerous significant restructuringprojects.
