Ján is a Senior Manager in the Consulting function of Deloitte Czech Republic, where he leads a team focused on consulting services for public sector and specifically for ESIF managing authorities.
His specialization is management, implementation and evaluation of financial assistance from ESIF. He also specializes in project management, process optimization, effective communication, marketing activities, development strategies, and design of organizational structures. He is also specialist in Financial Instruments area and cooperation with EIB and other EU institutions. Ján is a holder of the PMP certificate (Project Management Professional) and TOEIC level gold language certificate.
