Ivan Lomnický is a junior associate at Deloitte Legal, where he has been part of the team since 2023. He joined the firm immediately after graduating from the Faculty of Law at Comenius University in Bratislava, building on the previous valuable legal experience he had gained as a legal assistant at one of the leading law firms in Slovakia. In his legal practice, Ivan focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), employment law, real estate law, banking and finance law, as well as corporate law. Within these areas, he is regularly involved in drafting and review of complex contractual documentation, participates in legal due diligence processes, and supports clients in both contractual and out-of-court negotiations. Ivan continuously deepens his expertise in civil law, currently pursuing a rigorous postgraduate degree at the Department of Civil Law at Comenius University in Bratislava. This academic engagement reflects his commitment to ongoing professional development and legal scholarship.
