Filip Tedenac

Filip is a junior lawyer in the Tax Litigation Department at Deloitte Legal. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno, where he focused on the interconnection between law and economic issues. In his previous practice, he worked at a law firm and at the Consumer Defence Association of the Czech Republic, where he mainly dealt with matters of contract, financial and criminal law.​

In his current role, he specialises in tax administration and related tax disputes, including assistance during tax inspections and proceedings before administrative courts. He also focuses on the mitigation of interest and penalties imposed by the tax authorities.
