Eva Echeverri Mondragón

Eva Echeverri Mondragón is attorney at law with more than ten years of professional experience in the field of immigration and labor law. She works as a director in the Tax and Legal department of Deloitte Czech Republic, where she leads the immigration team and is responsible for comprehensive legal support in the area of employment of foreign workers. In her practice, she focuses mainly on the relocation of highly qualified experts, setting up processes for the posting of employees in multinational companies and strategic consulting in the employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic. Thanks to her expertise, she participates in the creation of internal policies and process settings at major international employers. Eva is also actively involved in the education of HR professionals and recruiters, training them in the area of legislative requirements and practical aspects of employing foreigners. Her vision is the digitalization and modernization of immigration processes, which would allow companies to operate more efficiently and transparently. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University in Prague. He speaks four languages – Czech, English, Spanish and French.
