Adéla is a junior lawyer in the corporate law department at Deloitte Legal in Prague. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno. During her studies, she gained three years of experience working as a paralegal, focusing primarily on real estate, commercial, family, and labour law. She then spent a year as a junior associate specializing in cybersecurity (the DORA regulation and NIS2 directive) and partly in corporate law, particularly due diligence.
