Adéla is a junior lawyer in the Mergers and Acquisitions department at Deloitte Legal in Prague. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno. During her studies, she gained several years of experience in legal practice, focusing on real estate, corporate, family, and employment law. After completing her studies, she specialized in the field of cybersecurity law (DORA Regulation, NIS2 Directive). At Deloitte Legal, Adéla currently focuses on corporate law, due diligence, acquisition transactions, corporate transformations and contract law.
