- Smartphones are indispensable: 70% of Czechs cannot imagine life without them. They have become personal assistants for communication, work, payments and navigation.

ChatGPT and work tasks continue to lead the way
The three most used tools among Czech users are ChatGPT (45%), MS Copilot (5%) and Gemini (4%). Czechs use them most often for solving work tasks (31%), assisting in everyday life (20%), out of curiosity (16%) or for fun (14%).
