Codecool and Software Development Academy (SDA), two leading Central European EdTech companies, merge to create one of Europe’s biggest digital skilling and sourcing powerhouses. The merged company will be present in 8 countries and will annually train 15,000-20,000 individuals and teams from 400 companies. Deloitte provided transaction advisory services to Integral Venture Partners and Codecool, including due diligence (financial, tax and legal) and full-scope legal advisory.
