She has vast audit experience including audits of subsidiaries of MNEs, entities listed on the US markets, compliance with applicable US GAAP/ IFRS, PCAOB/AICPA/ISA standards, SEC rules, initial public offerings and secondary equity offerings in the US and the related SEC registration statements and filings and related comfort letters.
