Upon her appointment, Dora Liu stated, “We have always regarded the China market as a cornerstone of future growth—for both our firm and our clients. In the coming fiscal year, we will officially launch our ‘1-2-3 Strategy’. Anchor the aspiration of 'Be in a category of ONE', becoming the most leading professional services firm in China. Focus on two aspects: seize the opportunities to win the business of today, as well as transform to build the business of tomorrow. Rely on the three key pillars: the Multi-Disciplinary Model of Audit, Tax, and Consulting services, solutions powered by AI and emerging technologies, and a future fit professional talent base. I will lead our team in upholding our commitment to serving the country with professional expertise, guided by integrity and quality as foundation. Together, we will help drive industry progress, economic prosperity, and high-quality development.”
Dora also paid tribute to Patrick’s leadership, “Under Patrick’s leadership, Deloitte China has always committed to being a highly respected and responsible professional services firm—deepening our investment in the China market, enhancing service capabilities, championing digital transformation, and proactively navigating new geopolitical and business trends.
