Deloitte China supported the listing of Nsing Technologies Inc. – H Shares (Nsing Technologies, stock code: 02701.HK, 300077.SZ) on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (SEHK) on 23 March 2026.
In this global offering, Nsing Technologies offered 95 million H shares at HKD10.8 each, raising approximately HKD1.03 billion.

Nsing Technologies is a provider of microcontroller units (MCUs) and security chips and a National High-Tech Enterprise. Focusing on the "general + security" market for general MCUs, security chips, trusted platform module (TPM) chips, Bluetooth low energy (BLE) chips, and battery management system (BMS) chips. They have integrated circuit front-end to back-end full process design and engineering mass production technology and have long-term technological accumulation and research in multiple product technology directions, including information security, general purpose MCU, trusted computing, Bluetooth, and BMS.
Nsing Technologies is headquartered in Shenzhen with branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, Xi’an, Chongqing, Hong Kong, Singapore, Austin, the U.S., and Tokyo, Japan.
Nsing Technologies was listed on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2010. Through this initial public offering in Hong Kong, the company has achieved a dual listing in the A-share and Hong Kong markets (listing in the A-share market first, followed by the H-share market).
