Deloitte China supported the listing of SHEIN Global Holdings Ltd. - W ("SHEIN", stock code: 00625.HK) on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (SEHK) on 1 September 2026. This has made SHEIN the largest international e-commerce IPO in Hong Kong in 2026 to-date by IPO funds raised.
In this global offering, SHEIN offered approximately 280 million shares at an offer price of HKD48.56 per share, raising approximately HKD13.6 billion, excluding any proceeds from the exercise of the over-allotment option.

SHEIN is a global online fashion and lifestyle company serving approximately 273 million active customers from approximately 160 markets in 2025. SHEIN sells merchandise via its online platforms under the “SHEIN” brand, as well as other in‑house company-designed brands and partner‑designed brands of the company. The vast product selection consisted of over 2 million apparel styles, and customers are able to discover an average of approximately 4,700 new apparel styles each day through the company's online platforms.
In addition to apparel, its offerings include footwear, accessories, beauty, home, and lifestyle products.
According to information from CIC, SHEIN was the world’s largest online fashion destination according to its apparel and footwear retail sales value in 2025.
