Deloitte China supported the listing of China Resources Beverage (Holdings) Company (CR Beverage, stock code: 02460.HK) on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (SEHK) on 23 October 2024.
CR Beverage raised around HKD5.04 billion, making it the largest HK IPO of a consumer business by funds raised year-to-date.
CR Beverage is a manufacturer of packaged drinking water and RTD soft beverages in China, producing a diverse portfolio of products, including but not limited to packaged drinking water, tea beverages, juice beverages and coffee beverages.
CR Beverage has a product portfolio of many brands, mainly including C’estbon, Zhi Ben Qing Run (至本清润), Mi Shui Series (蜜水系列), Holiday Series (假日系列) and Zuo Wei Cha Shi (佐味茶事).
