Leading Partner for SAP Service Line & Deloitte Consulting Eastern / Southern China

  • Prior to Deloitte, worked 12 years in SAP, as SAP VP of consulting business, shaping strategies & roadmap to its today’s position in consulting market.
  • Built SAP practice from 40 to 300+ consultants in 5 years and grew revenue from 40M to 250M HKD with innovative SAP solutions and full-range service model.
  • Expanded China’s consulting market shares and set up Shenzhen consulting office.

Leading Partner for Product & Solution Center (PSC) – China’s first consulting asset development team

  • Built up PSC team in 2017 and drove transformation from traditional professional consulting to asset-enabled services with conceptual evolvement and resource integration.
  • Created a comprehensive management mechanism including KPI methods, asset incubation, development and maintenance process, and product Talent Model 1.0.

Leading Partner for IDDC -- China’s first asset development centre across 5 BU

  • Cofounded IDDC from square one in 2018 based on management experience from PSC to drive asset-enabled service transition at green dot level across 5 functions in China firm.
  • Upgraded management policies such as ECS transformation and Talent Model 2.0 for higher operational efficiency and better market competiveness.
  • Produced 60+ consulting assets that generated 15% NSR in FY2022.

IDDC is the first APAC organization that passes Devhub Readiness Assessment for DTTL Devhub Certification and undergoing Initial Certification. 

AP Consulting Asset Leader & AP Consulting Member for ALC/Software Council 

  • Led AP Consulting asset community consisting of 7 geos to strengthen interregional synergy and collaboration to fulfil shared asset strategies and NSR% goals –30% by FY2025.
  • Built up regular communication channels for cooperation with AP and Global communities (sector leaders, Strategy & Innovation team, etc.) to improve AP asset influence and enablement cross borders.
  • Shaped high-level asset policies and oversee software-enabled services of the next generations.
