Tony Tang has 28 years of professional experience and commenced his career with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Shanghai. Tony has extensive experience in severing large state-owned enterprise and domestic client, leading IPO projects for both HK and A share market and providing various services in connection with our-bound mergers and acquisitions.
Tony holds Doctor degree from City University of Hong Kong and obtained his Master and Bachelor degrees from Shanghai University of Finance of Economics.
Tony’s major client portfolio covers large state owned enterprises such as Shanghai Industry Group, Shanghai Jinjiang International Group, Greenland Group etc.
