David WK Wu

As Managing Partner for Hong Kong Financial Services, David leads Deloitte's Consulting, Audit and Tax services for clients in the banking & capital markets, insurance and investment management sectors. With more than 25 years of consulting and industry experiences across the Asia Pacific region, David specializes in advising clients and leading large-scale, multi-disciplinary business, finance and regulatory transformation programs.

David has also recently served as Chief Operating Officer for Deloitte China Consulting, overseeing the rapid growth and business operations of the practice across Greater China. Previously, David was the National Managing Partner overseeing Deloitte's CFO and COO Consulting services, advising clients on their finance strategy, operating model design, talent management and technology implementations in Hong Kong and Mainland China. This includes the adoption of emerging digital technologies across financial services sectors, with the aim of enhancing enterprise value, customer experience, operational efficiency and risk management.
