Professional background

Conrad has over 20 years of professional accounting and M&A and investment financial advisory experience in Deloitte New York, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shenzhen and Guangzhou.

Conrad is also Deloitte China Private Equity Industry Co-Leader, in charge of serving strategic VCPE clients and managing VPCE related service offerings.

Conrad has significant cross border and domestic transaction experience serving strategic investors, SOEs, private equity investors by providing M&A advisory, due diligence and valuation in in a wide range of industries.

Professional qualifications

Conrad graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Honors and obtained his Master degree in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. Conrad is a member of AICPA and a CFA charter holder.
