Introducing M&A Central

M&A Central is a software application designed to support buy side and sell side M&A transactions, and transformation & Restructuring efforts. The tool is oriented around driving programme execution through dynamic interfaces and user experiences built on best practices and lessons learnt from executed deals. At its core, M&A Central has the programme management capabilities required to support cross-workstream workplan management, interim Reporting and programme infrastructure to manage risks, issues and decisions. What separates M&A Central is the dynamic features and modules designed to execute M&A, Restructuring and transformation specific projects. These features include our built-in value capture capabilities that enable the programme to identify, track and monitor individual and aggregate savings initiatives and one-time costs. Through a variety of tools and dashboards, M&A Central facilitates and curates information to organise and accelerate the programme support team in real time while providing executive leaders and sponsors the Reporting and dashboards needed to monitor programme health and progress.
