Developing our people

To help achieve this, we have developed our Global Talent Standards that define the foundational capabilities expected of Deloitte professionals delivering globally across Businesses and Enabling Areas at all levels. This has created greater transparency about what is expected and helps provide insights to support career development. The Global Talent Standards are made up of different categories that outline expectations across leadership, professional, and business-specific technical capabilities. These standards support Deloitte’s inclusive culture with a consistent, equitable experience for all.
