Meet our feature speaker: Ramiro Basurte, Partner – Cyber Risk Services - Deloitte Argentina

Ramiro is a Partner for the Risk Advisory division, focused on our Cyber Risk service line. Ramiro has been a member of our firm since 2003. Before joining Deloitte, he worked as an IT and software development consultant, mostly working over web platforms. Among his activities were managing different work groups for a variety of clients. He has over 20 years of IT working experience.

At Deloitte, Ramiro is a specialist on:

  • IT Systems revisions, diagnostics and auditing (regulatory framework, IT structure and roles, IT processes, technology and software)
  • Information Security (intrusion tests, ethical hacking, web application testing, social engineering, hardware and software Security, physical Security)
  • Core services (disaster recovery plans and business continuity, Risk analysis, BIA/RIA, SIEM)
  • Compliance (SOX, PCI, BCRA’s IT and security regulations, CRC projects involving software licensing for IBM, Microsoft, Oracle and Attachmate, ISO 27001 2005-2013, COBIT, VAL IT)
