You’ll have an ambassador to make the transition into your role seamless. As part of our onboarding, new hires are paired with an ambassador - a current employee - who will provide you with related advice, including guidance on adjusting to the new work environment.

You’ll also be assigned a career coach as
an ongoing support to assist you in understanding your strengths and provide a
holistic view of your ongoing performance by identifying short- and longer-term
development goals through career coaching conversations. 

You’ll get to work with your coach, team leader, or talent representative to identify relevant programs and learning resources to develop your capabilities.
