The Deloitte Exclusive Experience Program

Our internship program, called the Deloitte Exclusive Experience Program (DEEP), runs for six weeks through the summer months and offers a range of professional experiences.

About our program

We offer internships and work/study programs for both undergraduates and advanced degree students. As an intern, you'll get hands on experience and learn about the wide range of opportunities available in a multidisciplinary professional services firm. It's an ideal way to put more focus on your career choices and learn the business from a leader in the profession.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can apply?

To be eligible for an internship you must:

  • Be 16 years of age or older
  • Have a GPA of at least 3.2 and an interest in pursuing a career in professional services
  • Plan on attending further education or be currently enrolled in a  college or university program with a goal of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master’s degree

I have no previous work experience. Can I still apply?

There is no requirement for you to have had any relevant work experience. However if you have any experience, please be sure to include the information on your CV/resume.

Is DEEP a paid program? What are the daily work hours?

Absolutely! Deloitte pays an hourly rate to all interns. Interns are expected to work seven and a half hours per day, five days a week for the duration of the internship.
