School principals and senior teachers were equipped to function effectively in the changing school environment by enhancing their managerial and leadership skills for the delivery of quality education. Through this programme, a cadre of personnel in the secondary school system was developed to lead the process of educational reform and continuous improvements at the level of the school in a decentralized system.
