In the Caribbean and Bermuda region, we aim to impact 85,000 lives by 2030. Deloitte collaborates with clients, governments, innovators, schools, universities, and NGOs to support learning and opportunity. Select project highlights are:

The aim of the Future Build program is to empower secondary and tertiary students through career development and life skills with workshops conducted by our professionals. Topics covered by these sessions include communication skills, ethics, and goal setting.

By integrating real-world issues, these discussions help students build important life skills that instill a professional work ethic and aim for a career that aligns with their values, interests and skills.

Deloitte participates annually as a Platinum Sponsor of the Bermuda End-to-End. This event is a pillar of Bermuda’s charitable sector and sees over 2,000 participants set foot to Bermuda’s roads to raise money for a select number of non-profits.

We have alongstanding partnership with Literacy Is For Everyone ‘LIFE’, a non-profit organization dedicated to significantly increasing child and adult literacy levels across the Cayman Islands through a range of programs and initiatives. Our people volunteer time during the workweek to read to the children enrolled in our signature WorldClass program, Thrive by Five.

The program is sponsored annually by Deloitte and implemented by a dedicated team at LIFE, and is aimed at building a solid foundation in literacy for 0-5-year-old children from underserved preschools in Cayman. It also provides training and development for educators and workshops for parents, offering a holistic approach to supporting early years literacy and developmental skills.
