Tshombe is an audit partner and has more than 20 years of professional experience in public accounting, working in in The Bahamas, United Kingdom, and the United States.

He has significant experience in property and casualty insurers. He has served as the engagement partner and director on various private banks and insurance companies. He has also performed work for the Florida Department of Insurance and was a team member of the Equitas project in the UK. Tshombe is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), a member of the Georgia State Board of Accountancy, and a member of the Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA).
