Stephen Kuzyk

Stephen is a Partner with Deloitte Bermuda. Stephen enjoys serving some of our organization’s largest multinational financial services clients, including both life, property and casualty (re)insurers, banks and other investment management companies. As the Lead Partner on these engagements, Stephen has extensive experience in leading projects of complex and multinational nature, major acquisitions and due diligence, financial reporting, accounting policy, internal controls, multi-jurisdiction regulatory compliance, and global reorganizations.

Stephen has been the lead audit partner on numerous PCAOB, US GAAS, and IAS audits of multi-jurisdictional NYSE listed (re)insurance companies and provided technical expertise on all aspects of companies in the (re)insurance (including investments, hedging, consolidation, reserves, capital management, and statutory regulations).
