Sonja Julien-Wells is a Director for Growth, Purpose & Marketing of Deloitte Caribbean, with over 20+ years of experience developing marketing strategies. She leads the region’s marketing programs and Deloitte’s Sustainability and Climate initiatives. She is also the firm’s Purpose and Public Policy Leader and Consumer Industry Leader.
Sonja’s experience spans the public and private sectors, focused on growth strategies in international trade, foreign direct investment, regional and organisational growth. She holds Post Graduate qualifications in Marketing (MCIM) with the Chartered Institute of Marketing; Business Administration - University of Leicester; Digital Business - MIT Sloan & Columbia Business School.
