Nicola is the US Consulting chief commercial officer for Deloitte’s Alphabet Google relationship. She leverages more than 25 years of international consulting and industry experience and brings industry-leading insights and innovative solutions to help clients tackle their toughest issues.
Nicola has led complex global enterprise transformations that have generated strong market, operational, and business results for client organizations across the globe.
Prior to taking on the CCO role, Nicola was the global lead client service partner for a large consumer retail client where she was responsible for Deloitte’s global engagements across Consulting, Tax, and Risk and Financial Advisory offerings. She also served as a global leadership development program lead for Deloitte’s key client leaders, bringing extensive experience to large-scale technology and business transformations.
Within Deloitte, Nicola acts as a consulting lead for the client excellence program at Deloitte University (DU), helping to enhance client-focused programs and bring value to client engagement at DU. Other roles Nicola has held within Deloitte include Consumer DE&I lead, Consumer Technology lead, and Regional SAP Technology lead. Outside Deloitte, she has been an active member of NextUp (formerly known as Network of Executive Women) for more than 10 years, serving on the board and currently acting as the technology advisory leader. Nicola holds a master’s degree in business administration and information technology from University of Central Lancashire (UK) and a bachelor of arts from University of Manchester (UK) and University of North Carolina.
