Lars Ruth is a partner in the Cologne office and heads the Defense, Security and Justice sector within Government and Public Services. He has a wealth of experience as a staff officer in the German Armed Forces and began his career in the army, then switched to the navy and finally worked in the development staff of the Cyber and Information Space Command, where he developed and built up the Joint Situation Center. Through deployments and multinational assignments in the Netherlands and the United States, including NATO, he has a broad background in the international defense environment. After his time in the German Armed Forces, Mr. Ruth moved to the private sector and has been a valued partner for his customers in the public sector as well as the defense and security industry for many years.
