Managing Director

Jennifer is a Managing Director at Deloitte with more than 24 years of experience in developing and delivering organizational change management (OCM) programs for complex business and technology transformations primarily in the public sector. Jennifer has worked with more than 20 organizations on Cloud/ERP transformations to provide OCM services including: cultural change, stakeholder engagement, communications, leadership alignment, business process reengineering, workforce readiness, and training and knowledge transfer programs. 

Jennifer is an experienced facilitator of leadership visioning and alignment sessions, an expert at building change advocate networks, and promotes leading Human Capital practices, tactics and strategies that align with the organization’s mission and goals. 

Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Government Administration and a Master’s of Science degree specializing in education policy. She is Prosci certified in Organizational Change Management and holds her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
