Dale Connell

Dale is a Cyber Risk and Technology Manager in the Consulting service line at the Deloitte Trinidad office and has been at the firm for over seven years. His main field of work includes information security strategy definition and information security schemes implementation supporting major companies in the development and implementation of cybersecurity governance frameworks.

He has performed many security assessments on the design and operating effectiveness of IT controls and business cycle controls, vulnerability analysis and management, penetration testing, information security and data protection procedures, PCI-DSS assessments, security frameworks based on ISO 27001, NIST CSF and other international standards and also digital forensics acquisition and investigation. 

Dale has delivered key note addresses on information security and incident management to audiences in both the private and public sector including the Information Systems Audit Control Association, British-Caribbean Chamber of Commerce and Global Forensics Institute and has lectured to post graduate students on digital forensics.
