Andrew is an experienced leader and completed his tenure as the seventh Australian Federal Police (AFP) Commissioner in October 2019, having worked in the AFP for 30 years.
Andrew holds a Master of Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, attained in 2010.
Andrew is part of the Champions of Change Coalition and is passionate about delivering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture with interests including workplace mental health and wellbeing. He is focused on removing barriers to genuine gender parity, particularly in leadership terms.
