Jennifer Skinner | Cayman Islands

Jen Skinner is a Partner and the regional Human Resources/Talent Leader for Deloitte in the Caribbean and Bermuda Countries, and a subject matter expert within the Human Capital Consulting practice. With more than 20 years of global experience in HR, both in the Cayman Islands and in Canada, she brings extensive knowledge, leadership experience, and a true passion for HR to our people and clients.

Jen is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), and a Certified Return on Investment Professional (CRP). She has trusted credentials in people matters, including strategic HR, transforming the Talent Experience and organizational structure and culture, change management, talent acquisition and onboarding, succession planning and professional development, learning design and delivery, diversity, equity, and inclusion, performance management including coaching and strengths, organizational design, compensation and benefits and HR related systems.

Jen has a wealth of knowledge in Human Capital Consulting and strategic talent management, delivering numerous projects for organizations in the Cayman Islands across a broad scope of work, including attraction and retention, organization design, job evaluation, market pricing and salary structure creation, performance management, process improvements and reviews including policies and procedures, and leadership training.

Jen is a member of the Cayman Islands Society of Human Resources Professionals (CISHRP) and 100 Women in Finance. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as well as a past SHRM Forum Leader for the Cayman Islands. In 2019, she was appointed as a member of the Cayman Islands Civil Service Appeals Commission.
