Talia Sweeting-Albury | The Bahamas

Talia is a partner at Deloitte and Touche Bahamas. She has over 16 years of professional experience serving clients in The Bahamas. She is a graduate of the College of the Bahamas where she received both the top business and accounting awards and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Talia has experience in a variety of industries including financial services, consumer business and life insurance as well as experience in serving the needs of large, medium and smaller companies in the Bahamas.

She is actively involved in researching various IFRS related issues for both clients and internally. Previously serving as Chief Financial Officer at Deloitte in Bahamas, she was responsible for numerous financial reporting activities and has worked with various accounting software, including SAP and ACCPAC. She has also served as CPE chair, Treasurer, Assistant Secretary and Council Member for the Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants.
