How would you describe your Talent Experience working at Deloitte?

I am so very happy working for an organization that values elements important for our existence and growth as human beings. Cultural events are celebrated and respected as shown by the company’s encouragement of showcasing your culture/religion by allowing ethnic wear. Availability of e-learnings on ethics is encouraged and in some cases mandatory which is so essential in today’s global market. Career progression is clearly seen by promotions and support in moving within the Deloitte offices, it is encouraging to me.

How do you connect your personal purpose to Deloitte’s purpose?
I personally recycle plastics of small manufacturing companies as needed as well as providing monetary support to an Elderly Care home when needed, for patients who cannot afford basic supplies.

What’s been the most interesting, challenging, or surprising about your role within Deloitte?
I was happily surprised to see learning is generally promoted and having an e-learning database is what makes this company stand out from others.

How has Deloitte invested in you as a leader?
Deloitte has supported my constant training on areas relevant to my job as well as being able to speak to Senior Managers of future areas to grow is gratefully welcomed.

Why did you choose to work in Deloitte CBC region?
The opportunity to continue working on an international platform is where I am comfortable and this was a main factor for me to take this job. The other positive factors of learning, inclusion, career progression, flexibility and all round well-being , is greatly received and I honour and respect a company who sees human value.
