Describe your day to day role
I have many roles within the firm, which makes it challenging and interesting every day. I have two roles, the IT Manager for Barbados and the IT Project Management Office (PMO) lead for the Caribbean and Bermuda region. As the IT manager I’m involved with the planning and execution of initiatives and daily operation to ensure the firm is enabled to succeed through technology. This includes preparing reports, proposals and monitoring the performance of various systems. As the IT PMO Lead, I’m directly involved in the evaluation, planning, executing and reporting on all IT related projects. In addition I am constantly refining the PMO Methodology and finding new ways to make the PMO more effective and efficient.
