Carlene Romney leads the Deloitte audit practice in the British Virgin Islands and has over 15 years’ experience serving numerous financial services clients (specifically hedge funds and advisors, private equity and other finanical institutions) both in the British Virgin Islands and the United States where she worked for three years in Deloitte’s Alternative Investment Practice.
Natasha is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and has over 16 years’ experience with Deloitte. She began her career in audit, serving clients in various industries, particularly financial services. In 2013, she transferred to internal project management, working across jurisdictions to integrate six Deloitte offices. She was appointed CFO in 2019 and COO in 2023.
Ryan is Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and Certified Fraud Examiner in the Financial Advisory service line in Deloitte’s British Virgin Islands office. With over 15 years’ experience working in a top tier accounting firms heading up teams specializing in contentious and forensic appointments.
Kayla is a Tax Advisory Director based in the British Virgin Islands, focused on assisting clients across the Caribbean region with meeting their global and local regulatory and information reporting obligations.
