Peter Sozou

Peter is the National Leader of the Deloitte Canada’s M&A Advisory practice. Peter has over 25 years of professional and financial services experience which includes business development roles, risk management roles, and more traditional merger and acquisition advisory and assurance roles.

Peter also spent 7 years working in the financial services industry (in risk management and commercial lending roles)  in Europe where he covered industries including fast moving consumer goods distribution, hotels and hospitality, residential and civil construction, automotive distribution, and metal imports and recycling. Peter has worked for clients across a broad range of industries which include distribution services, financial services (retail banking), business services, route-based businesses, financial services, IT and software service providers.
