Andy is a Partner in Deloitte’s consulting practice focused on modernizing and transforming government operations. In Canada, he leads Deloitte’s Public Sector analytics services and helps clients leverage their significant data assets to make better evidence-based decisions. He is a Chartered Accountant and over his 23 year career has developed deep expertise in financial management, Justice and K-12 Education.
